Chatsworth Cemetery and Eldon Cemetery are the only 2 cemeteries that are not affiliated with a particular church and are maintained by a board of directors and are funded solely by donations.

Donations can be mailed to box 179, Gilbert Plains, MB R0L 0X0 for the Sacred Heart Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.
These 3 cemeteries are the only ones where active burials still take place.
Assumption of Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery
51° 14’35” N 100° 17’54” W is the church (it’s on the North side of the road)
51° 14’35” N 100° 17’46” W is the cemetery (it’s on the South side of the road)
Proceed on Highway #10N to road 152N, turn right (East) and go approximately 2 ½ miles. Turn at road 121W and proceed .1km. Church is just off the road. The cemetery is just past the intersection, about .2KM and it is on the right side of the road.
Assumption of Our Lady Roman Catholic Cemetery

Roman Catholic Cemetery Koscio Wniebowziecia N.P. MAR 11- Ashville 1929
Proceed on Highway #10N to Road 153N, (12.8KM from Ashville junction), turn right (East) and go 1.4KM off of Highway #10. (do not turn left where the road turns) keep going East about .1KM. The cemetery and church are on the North side of the road.
St. Demetrius Ukrainian Catholic Church (Boot Hill)

Established in 1913
Proceed on Highway #274 North to Road 162N. Turn left (West) and travel 5.3KM. The church and cemetery are on the left (South) side of the road. There is a driveway around the cemetery which is located up on the hill.
Chatsworth Cemetery

Established in 1898
Proceed on Highway #274 South for 2 miles to road 144N. The cemetery is on the left (East) side of the road.
Eldon Cemetery

Established in 1895
Proceed on Highway #274 North for 2.5KM to road 147N. Turn left and proceed .9KM West. The cemetery is on the left (South) side of the road.
Gilbert Plains Scared Heart Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery

Proceed 1 mile West on Highway #5, then turn left (South) on road 130W and proceed .2KM. The cemetery is on the right (West) side of the road.
Halicz Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery

Proceed on Highway #10 North to Negrych Road (road 156N). The cemetery is on the right (East) side of the highway at the corner.
Holy Angels Roman Catholic Cemetery

Proceed on Highway #10 North to Road 150N. The cemetery is approximately 1.2KM to the North on the left (West) side of the road.
A small number of graves remain there as they were dug up and reburied in Dauphin Riverside Cemetery when Highway #10N was moved a number of years ago. There are also 2 headstones quite a way away from the cemetery to the West and North about 300 feet. There is a small railing leading the way by the Oak trees.
Holy Ascension Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery

Proceed on Highway #10 N to Road 152N, then turn right (East) for 3.2KM.
Holy Ghost Ukrainian Orthodox & Catholic Cemetery

Established in 1904
Proceed on Highway #10N, turn right (East) on Road 160N for 1KM to Road 124W. The church and cemetery are located on the NE corner of the intersection.
St. John’s Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery

Proceed on Highway #274 North, turn left (East) on Road 160N 4.8KM West to Road 132W, proceed .1KM North. The church and cemetery are on the right (East) side of the road.
Sts. Peter & Paul Kolomaya Cemetery

Proceed on Highway #274 North, turn right (East) on Road 159N, proceed .8KM. The cemetery is on the left (North) side of the road.
The church was burnt by parishioners when they could no longer afford to maintain it.
Sts. Michael’s Ukrainian Catholic Church and Cemetery

Proceed on Highway #274 North to Road 162N. Turn right (East) and travel 3.3KM from 274.
If you are coming off Highway #10 it is 5.2KM West.
Holy Ghost Ukrainian Orthodox Cemetery of Valley River
This is in the RM of Dauphin but it has the amazing stone angel.

Proceed on Highway #10 North to Road 156 N, turn right (East) and travel 4 miles to Road 120W. Turn left (North) and travel .2KM. The cemetery is on the right (East) side of the road.
Trembowla Cross of Freedom Historical Site & Museum
RM of Dauphin
51° 14’36” N 100° 17’46” W is the corner at which you turn to the right (East)
Proceed North on Highway #10 to Road 152N, 2 miles East to Road 121W. Turn left (North) and travel 4KM to Road 154N, turn right (East) and travel to the Cross of Freedom 3.3KM.
•The actual cross is across the bridge to the North and a little bit to the East
•There is a whole little village that is quite interesting
