Council Meetings
Regular Meetings of Council shall be held every third Tuesday at 7:00 PM in the Gilbert Plains Municipal Office.
Correspondence for the consideration of Council must be provided to the Chief Administrative Officer or his/her designate at least four (4) business days prior to the scheduled time of the meeting.
Persons wishing to appear as a delegation before Council must make an appointment with the Chief Administrative Officer together with a brief written submission stating the purpose of the delegation must be provided to the Chief Administrative Officer or his/her designate at least four (4) business days prior to the scheduled time of meeting.
